ABOUT ME

Since 1887, my family name has been associated with a business founded by my great-great-grandfathers, dedicated to supporting families and their loved ones during a highly sensitive period.

We have grown and thrived thanks to that business, as have many of the employees that have dedicated decades of their lives to serving the community in which we operate.

Over 20 years of professional experience, I’ve developed a skill set that aligns closely with the requirements of effective business leadership. As Chief Operating Officer of a multi-billion-dollar asset manager, I was responsible for overseeing complex operations, translating strategy into execution, and managing risk in a highly regulated environment. That role required operational discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining a focus on long-term value creation.

Later, as a reinsurance broker at a Fortune 500 company, I led highly technical and complex sales processes with sophisticated corporate clients. This work demanded strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to decision-makers. Both roles have required close coordination across teams and consistent leadership.

I’m an actuary by training, CFA Charterholder and Kellogg MBA, all of which reinforce these capabilities, providing a rigorous quantitative foundation for decision-making and problem-solving.
